Intelligent Catering Limited is an independent consultancy providing practical designs, solutions and guidance for commercial catering operations. We are a small company with fifteen years experience in designing and developing kitchens, new concepts, contractor management and budgetary and tender reviews, working with clients to ensure successful projects. This is backed up with practical experience gained working in a wide variety of catering establishments, which provides a true understanding of what is required.

Company Principal, Roz Burgess’ background and experience provides a welcome relief to many clients. She is an individual who is able to innovate, developing and providing workable and desirable solutions to maximise both space and revenue.
Whitbread Restaurants has retained Roz ‘s services for the past eleven years, to provide concept design, equipment specification, contractor and budget management and design approval across all of their brands for catering areas.
During the construction of Heathrow Terminal Five, Roz worked for BAA as the catering consultant for all of the catering operators, developing their best units within the space available, ensuring suitable capacity and function. Roz also performed a similar function for Westfield at Westfield London, overseeing development of all of the catering outlets.
Roz is a Professional Member of the FCSI and holds a Master’s degree with distinction in International Management and Design Consultancy from Sheffield Hallam University.
